Meal Plan Monday – 12th December 2016

I think this will be our last meal plan Monday for 2016. The week leading up to Christmas, and the time before New Year, our plans change too much to do much in the way of a meal plan we can realistically stick to. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in to the festive foods and not worrying too much about a balanced diet 😉

Last weeks meal plan fell apart completely from Thursday onwards as Piglet was really quite unwell. I’m hoping that this week we can do a better job of sticking to it! I’m not promising anything… but everybody loves a trier though, right?

Meal Plan Monday - 12th December 2016 | Are you looking for meal plan inspiration? This is what we will be eating this week as a family of 3. We have two menus, one for the adults and one for our weaning 9 month old

The Adult’s Meal Plan

Monday: Hot Dogs

Tuesday: Chicken Stirfry

Wednesday: Creamy Tomato Pasta Bake

Thursday: Cottage Pie

Friday: Pasta Meatballs

Saturday: Out for Tea with The Hoggs!

Sunday: Chicken Enchiladas

Piglet’s Meal Plan

Monday: Lunch – Macaroni Cheese Dinner – Mince & Tatties with Carrot & Swede

Tuesday: Lunch – Sweet Potato Fritters, Carrot Sticks and Melon Dinner – Salmon and Broccoli

Wednesday: Lunch – Crumpet, Cauliflower and Blueberries Dinner – Pumpkin Pasta

Thursday: Lunch – French Toast & Berries Dinner – Lentils & Mediteranean Veg with Rice

Friday: Lunch – Sweetcorn Fritters, Brocolli and Melon Dinner – Butternut Squash, Chickpea & Red Pepper

Saturday: Lunch – Crumpet, Cheese, Ham Dinner – Mince & Tatties with Peas

Sunday: Lunch – Sweet Potato Fritters, Broccoli & Cauliflower Dinner – Cheese & Ham Omlette

    Great plan! I’ve finally resolved to creating a meal plan for myself but I’m still trying to figure out how to do it and what dishes I can include in my weekly plans.

      After a few weeks it’s like second nature, but it can be tough getting going at first!
