It feels like a long time since I shared a meal plan. I have still been writing them for ourselves every week, but not typed them up to go on here. We did really well last month and didn’t have a single take away. I won’t lie – it was painful – but we managed!
This week I’m continuing to try and clear out the freezer. There is hope that we might get our new kitchen installed at the end of the month (rather than have it sitting in the garage….and spare room…. and living room…) so I want to free up space for when we ship out the old fridge freezer.
I’m away for the weekend this weekend – woohoo! I don’t tend to meal plan for JHogg when I’m away, as he would never follow it anyway. So I’ve just got Piglet’s meals to organise for while I’m away.

Monday: Steak, New Potatoes and Green Beans
Tuesday: Creamy Tomato Pasta Bake
Wednesday: Chicken Enchinladas
Thursday: Pasta Meatballs

Monday: Lunch – Pizza Pinwheel, Grapes and Yoghurt Dinner – Mince and Tatties
Tuesday: Lunch – Crumpet with Peanut Butter, Cheese and Apple Dinner – Macaroni Cheese
Wednesday: Lunch – He’s at Grannys so it’s her choice! Dinner – Keema and Sweet Potato
Thursday: Lunch – Pea and Sweetcorn Fritters and Tangerine Dinner – Chicken Casserole
Friday: Lunch – Pinwheel, Grapes and Bread Sticks Dinner – Tropical Jerk Salmon, Potato and Peas
Saturday: Lunch – Peanut Butter Sandwich, Apple and Cocktail Sausages Dinner – Omelette
Sunday: Lunch – Crumpet, Cheese and Grapes Dinner – Macaroni Cheese
