Meal Plan Monday – 16th January 2017

Excited as I was to have a meal plan for last week, we didn’t really stick to it. We got some exciting news in the form of a start date for our building work on the house, and its a lot sooner than we expected so we’ve been having a mad rush to get prep done. It’s not really a good excuse for not sticking to the plan – but it’s what happened!

I’m repeating a few of the meals this week, purely because I bought the ingredients so they’re still in the fridge. Hopefully we’ll have a bit more luck with keeping on track!Meal Plan Monday - 16th January 2017 | Are you looking for meal plan inspiration? It can be tough to come up with meal ideas! This is what we will be eating this week as a family of 3. We have two menus, one for the adults and one for our weaning 10 month old.

The Adult’s Meal Plan

Monday: Mince and Tatties

Tuesday: Chicken Kiev with New Potatoes and Salad

Wednesday: Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Thursday: Chilli

Friday: Chorizo, Pea and Chicken Risotto

Saturday: Pork Chops, Baked Potato and Asparagus

Sunday: Dinner at the Hale’s

Piglet’s Meal Plan

Monday: Lunch – Pizza Pinwheel, Satsuma  Dinner – Mince and Tatties

Tuesday: Lunch – Sweet Potato and Carrot Fritters, Grapes Dinner – Macaroni Cheese

Wednesday: Lunch – Sweetcorn Fritter, Banana Oat Biscuits Dinner – Pasta Bolognese

Thursday: Lunch – Scrambled Egg, Crumpet, Berries Dinner – Butternut Squash, Red Pepper & Chickpea

Friday: Lunch -Pizza Pinwheel, Satsuma Dinner – Macaroni Cheese

Saturday: Lunch – Sweetcorn Fritter, Grapes Dinner – Ratatouille and Rice

Sunday: Lunch – French Toast & Berries Dinner – Cauliflower Cheese, Sweet Potato and Swede
