Piglet is being a bit difficult around bed time at the moment so I’ve tried to choose meals I can do prep in advance or make up fairly quickly this week. Hopefully that should mean less dinners at 10pm like we ended up with last week!
The Adult’s Menu
Monday: Chicken Kiev, potato wedges and salad
Tuesday: Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese
Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas
Thursday: Dinner at my mums after kettlebells
Saturday: Banchory Beer Festival – Burger Van Grub!
I’m looking forward to Piglet being 6 months old so we can add dairy, gluten and egg to his diet. He is more than happy with the food he is getting but I’m ready to start giving him more “normal” food so he can eat similarly to us. Not long now though!
Monday: Carrot & Swede
Tuesday: Broccoli & Cauliflower
Wednesday: Pear & Prune
Thursday: Carrot & Sweet Potato
Friday: Butternut Squash & Cauliflower
Saturday: Broccoli & Potato
Sunday: Apple & Pear
